FRIULAN 2021

The Devil's Bridge, boldly suspended over the Natisone and shrouded in legend, is one of the symbols of Cividale del Friuli. Not far from this city symbol, Ronc dal Diaul is born. Their Friulano white wine is characterized by its straw yellow color and the scent of citrus notes, ripe pear, mango, fresh vanilla, wildflower honey, almond milk and a background of graffiti and rosemary. On the palate it is dry, fresh, with great nose-mouth correspondence, with important notes of white peach, pear, honey and bread crust. It is a wine of great flavor and persistence, with an intense mineral note; it pairs perfectly with raw ham, but also with seafood and fish, veal, pork and spicy oriental dishes.
